Celeste Garrett, from the UGA Extension Office will provide Nutrition Tips for Healthy Living in the Dining Room.

Free AARP Tax Assistance*

(Mon-Thu, Feb-Apr, 8:30am–2pm)

Make reservations today for free tax assistance that is held in the front lobby. This service is for low to middle income seniors (55+).

 

St. Patrick’s Day Celebration

Join us in the dining room for wonderful St. Paddy’s Day fun. Prizes will be awarded.

 

AARP Safe Driving Class*

(Fri, Mar 19, 1-5pm & Sat, Mar 20, 9am to 1pm)

Save up to 10% on your automobile insurance. Cost: $12 (AARP) or $14

 

Hydrorobics* (Tue & Thu )

Margaret Hunter teaches this 8 week water exercise class that begins on Tue, March 2nd and includes 16 sessions.

Cost: $25

 

Beginner’s Golf Class* 1st Tee Course

(Monday, Mar 8, 15, 22 & 29 at 1pm)

This basic golfing skills class, taught by Michelle Griffith of the 1st Tee Program, is designed just for seniors. Limited to 12

 

Free Body Mass Index Screening

(Tue, Mar 23, 9:00-11:00am)

Emory Clark-Holder Clinic will provide this free screening in the Hair Care Room.

Craft Shopping Trip*

(Fri, Mar 26, 8:30am) $5 plus lunch cost

We will be visiting Hobby Lobby, Joann’s, Michael’s and Hancock’s in Montgomery. First week of sign-up is reserved for active craft room participants.

 

Atlanta Passion Play* Sold Out

(Sat, Mar 27, 9am) $27 plus lunch cost

Bus departs from LaGrange Mall (park between Belk and Ryan’s).

 

 7-Day Branson Trip * (May 29 – June 4)

We will travel to Branson, Missouri and enjoy first-class shows, devious food, breathtaking scenic vistas and wonderful times with friends.
